Gavin founded GH Safety Limited 20 years ago, a Civil Engineer with 25 years operational management experience at senior management level. Practical, straight talking and solution based.

Outside of work, Gavin is chairman of a local cycling group, supporter of several charities and enjoys exploring the UK in his much loved motorhome
Helen GreenSenior Consultant
Helen is a focused individual with an impressive track record of identifying principal hazards and developing practical solutions to drive compliance and prevent accidents.
She is a true believer that Health & Safety should be an integral part of any business, big or small. Helen is based in Bath, so while looking after clients up and down the United
Kingdom and large part of her client base is Bristol, Swindon, Bath and covering the South West.
Helen is a keen runner, about to compete in her third marathon. She is also a passionate skier, having enjoyed four seasons in the French Alps

Rhona Davie
Office Manager
Rhona is a highly motivated and professional, with over 20 years experience working in Customer Service. Rhona's wealth of experience allows the day to day running of our office to be delivered to the highest standard and completed her NEBOSH General Certificate to support the team further in mid 2024.
She has an eye for details and is keen to develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers whilst studying to gain more H&S qualifications.
When Rhona is not at work, she is usually out and about photographing Nature & Wildlife. She also enjoys watching Scotland playing in Rugby.
Rhona likes animals & travel, although her bucket list is getting too long.

Andy has 20 years industry experience in a number of senior roles both for large blue chip organisations and small SMEs. With a passion for protecting people at work, he uses his operational and management experience to provide reasoned and practical safety solutions to solve your business needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, cycling and running and spending time with his family.
Frank Pavy
Frank has been working as an associate for GH Safety since 2009, covering all three disciplines of Safety, Quality and Environment. A Chemistry graduate from Kings College London with a long track record in environmental markets, Frank is a BSI trained management systems auditor who specializes in the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
